It’s hard to express how grateful I am to those of you who have stepped into the KSF Alignment Lab so far.
I started this space because I’ve seen too many brilliant leaders burnt out by systemic friction. My background as an experience designer and strategist has taught me one thing: if you don’t design the scaffolding, the human beings inside the system pay the price.
I know your time and attention are your most scarce resources. I promise to treat them with the rigor they deserve. You’ll get the messy sketches, real math, and practical tools that will help you move from being an organizational shock absorber to a Momentum Maker.
Coming up in the Lab: I’m looking forward to sharing more detailed updates in the coming weeks, including something I’m particularly jazzed about: early access to the Misalignment Tax™ Calculator. We’re going to put some hard numbers behind the “swirl.”
