I’m starting a bit of a new cadence as I figure out this whole running a newsletter thing. Going forward, I’m planning on dropping just two emails on you a month. One teaser (like this one!) to let you know what to look forward to, and one deep dive with all the delicious rigor.
So what’s on deck this month? It’s all about values.
As a queer leader, I’ve operated in a lot of spaces where my personal values and the perceived values of my surrounding ecosystem were out of whack. It’s tricky. But for leaders making that transition from tactical to strategic, you have the power to change that narrative. It starts with defining your values and the shared values of your team in a way that actually operationalizes them.
You’ll also get access to my updated Values System that I’ve designed for use in my leadership alignment sessions. So stay tuned! I’m very excited about this issue - the topic is near and dear to my heart.
